Parallel Planning Process (PPP) Advanced360
Create a benchmark for reflection and discussion of planning skills so you can develop new capabilities. An annual comparison can help you identify your achievements over the years and reinforce the benefits of working as a family team to strengthen your family and business planning.
The Facilitator logs in, selects the Advanced360 Assessment from his or her Dashboard and invites the family members (Respondents) by providing their email addresses and names or nicknames. The Advanced360 Profile requires a minimum of three respondents with no maximum limit.
Your respondents will each receive an email from Family and Business Learning with the subject “You are invited to complete the Advanced360 Scorecard for {your survey name}” with a unique link to complete their own assessment.
The assessment takes under 40 minutes to complete, featuring 70 action statements across 10 family and enterprise dimensions—all based on the Parallel Planning Process. Rate each statement on a 1-4 scale, then reflect on 15 open-ended questions to guide family discussions and action planning.
