Updates to This Page

Due to the evolving nature of our business and technology landscape, our service providers may change. We may add new subprocessors to enhance our services or remove others to consolidate our infrastructure.

We will periodically update this page to reflect these changes.

Objection Right for Business Users: Under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement, Business Users (subscribers to Advisor and Advisor Plus plans) have the right to object in writing to the appointment of a new subprocessor within 15 business days of this page being updated. If no objection is raised within this period, the new subprocessor will be deemed accepted.

• Our Privacy Commitment: For all subprocessors handling sensitive Assessment Data, we enforce strict security measures including encryption both in transit and at rest. Our agreements prohibit subprocessors from using your data for their own purposes.
